EagleCHAT answers questions from the documents you release into a knowledge space. That content is retrieved under control at query time – it is not absorbed into the model. EagleCHAT combines model variants fine-tuned by BE BRAVE with selected current open-source models. All models run on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. If you activate an external connector, selected data can be transmitted to that provider. Its security, terms and processing locations then apply. Within the BE BRAVE environment your data stays in Switzerland.
Connectors are authorised via OAuth/OIDC with your own login directly with the respective provider; your password is not transmitted to BE BRAVE. Authorisation tokens are stored encrypted on our infrastructure in Switzerland. You can disconnect a connection yourself at any time; the tokens stored at BE BRAVE are deleted immediately and, where supported, revoked with the provider. The status of each connector can be viewed in EagleHUB; the list can be extended on request.
