If you activate an external connector, selected data may be transmitted to that provider; its terms and processing locations then apply.

If you activate an external connector, selected data can be transmitted to that provider. Its security, terms and processing locations then apply. Within the BE BRAVE environment your data stays in Switzerland.
Connectors are authorised via OAuth/OIDC with your own login directly with the respective provider; your password is not transmitted to BE BRAVE. Authorisation tokens are stored encrypted on our infrastructure in Switzerland. You can disconnect a connection yourself at any time; the tokens stored at BE BRAVE are deleted immediately and, where supported, revoked with the provider. The status of each connector can be viewed in EagleHUB; the list can be extended on request.
Data storage, training and external connectors
BE BRAVE operates its offers on its own servers in Switzerland. Customer data, documents, chats, logs and backups are stored and processed in Switzerland.
Customer content is never used for training, fine-tuning or model improvement by BE BRAVE or model providers.
If a customer activates an external connector, selected data may be transmitted to that provider; that provider’s terms and processing locations then apply.
